What We Do...
Our Nationally Certified Inspector will spend three to four hours thoroughly testing and evaluating all aspects of the home, from the top of the roof to the foundation and everything in between.

We strongly encourage all of our clients to attend their home inspection. If you are an experienced home buyer, it may not be as important that you are present the entire time, but please try to attend the last hour. However, if you are new to the home buying process, we highly recommend that you attend the entire inspection.

How Flexible Is Our Schedule?
We know how busy and hectic most people's lives can be, so we work hard to accommodate you!
We conduct inspections seven days a week because we know that not everyone can attend inspections Monday through Friday. However, our Sunday inspection schedule is limited, so please view our calendar online and schedule your inspection as soon possible.
If you need to schedule your inspection within a 24 hour period of the time of your desired date, please call us at 919-434-4969. We will do our best to fit you in.
