Inspection Agreement

It is important that you read over the Inspection Agreement prior to the date of your scheduled home inspection.

A copy of this agreement will be made available immediately after scheduling your inspection and prior to receiving your home inspection report. In addition, a copy will be included on our website with your final inspection report.  You should review the liability limitations and terms of the agreement carefully before accepting your inspection report.
