Attend the last hour of your home inspection and if for any reason you’re not satisfied with the quality of our home inspection service, tell the inspector before receiving your report and we’ll either make it right, or you don’t pay the home inspection fee!

How Can We Guarantee Our Inspections?
It’s easy. We stand behind our work and we work hard to satisfy our customers. We don’t rush. This allows us time to do a thorough and detailed inspection of your new home. So we find more defects than our competition which actually saves you money. Most real estate contracts allow for negotiations with the seller to make repairs or give you credit at closing. So the more defects our inspector finds, the more money you save.
If you have pre-paid for your home inspection and/or services and you must cancel your appointment, we will try and reschedule your inspection and/or test for another date and time. If you are unable to reschedule your appointment, then we will refund your payment. If the client requests a refund for services rendered and they have in their possession the inspection report and/or test results, then a claim release form must be signed by the client and approved by the president of On Point Property Inspections, LLC before any money will be refunded.
