The report came in on the same day and I schedule the previous day! Andy did a great job with the 12th month warranty inspection and he was very nice. Thankfully there were no major issues with our inspections but you can see a lot of details of what was inspected in the report. Would recommend them and hire them again in the future.

Andy was on time and helpful. He did a home inspection. When he showed up he answered questions and was nice. He sent me a link to sign and pay. I was using my iPhone in my truck to complete transaction. I did not notice the 19$ service charge, nor did Andy mention it. He did make sure I got the link and paid via the link. I scheduled a home inspection and Radon. When I saw my bill it seemed excessive. I would have though Andy would have mentioned that high of a service fee while mentioning step by step how to pay by link. When I brought this to his attention his response was it’s not refundable I’m sorry you didn’t see it good luck. Kinda shady. Needless to say would not recommend.

He's very approachable and easy to work with. Buying a home is always a big event and I appreciate Andy's through and detailed reporting of what he found. A payment method must be provided at the conclusion of the inspection. We accept personal checks (made out to On Point Property Inspections), Cash (exact payment only), Payment-At-Closing, Visa, Master Card, and Discover. If you are unable to attend the inspection, we ask that you provide us with your credit card information or choose the Payment-At-Closing option when scheduling your appointment.
All of our clients are protected through our Errors & Omissions/General Liability insurance policy.
